The aim of rockfacemedia.co.uk is to produce photography prints and music downloads for online sale to the general public and businesses via the rockfacemedia.co.uk Web Shop.
rockfacemedia.co.uk aims to comply with all UK laws regarding the sale of goods including the current online distance selling regulations in accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 issued by https://www.legislation.gov.uk
rockfacemedia.co.uk website has been made using Create.net
All media content uploaded to rockfacemedia.co.uk including images, music, videos and logos have been created and produced solely by Jonathan Tomlinson.
rockfacemedia.co.uk website is currently the only place to browse and purchase the uploaded content.
No social media channels have been created for rockfacemedia.co.uk or for the operator of the website Jonathan Tomlinson.
Orders & Delivery:
Orders are currently only being accepted for UK delivery addresses.
All photo print orders are printed in house on demand and items are dispatched within 3 - 5 days of purchase using 1st class Royal Mail postage.
All orders include free postage & packaging.
Photo prints are sealed in a plastic wallet and posted in board backed envelopes or a postal tube depending on size of print.
Payment Process:
Online payments can be made at the rockfacemedia.co.uk Web Shop using all major credit and debit cards at the check out stage.
All online financial transactions for purchases, cancellations and refunds using the rockfacemedia.co.uk Web Shop are processed using the secure industry standard Nochex online payment system.
A confirmation email will be issued following every online transaction, if this does not occur please get in touch using this Contact Form.
Returns & Cancellations:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or service from rockfacemedia.co.uk please refer to the following guidance:
If you wish to cancel a full order or single items from a multi item purchase please inform me via this Contact Form supplying your order number, full name & address and details about the items you wish to cancel and return.
Customers may cancel an order starting as soon as a purchase has been made, if an item has been dispatched customers have 14 days to cancel the order from the day of receiving the purchased goods or 14 days from receiving the last item from a multi sale purchase, once rockfacemedia.co.uk has been informed about a cancellation request customers then have another 14 days to return the cancelled items.
If an order has not yet been dispatched the items to be cancelled will be refunded at the original purchase price using the original payment method within 3 days of being informed about the cancellation.
If an order has been dispatched the items for cancellation are to be returned to rockfacemedia.co.uk using the address on this Contact Form before a refund will be issued, the customer is responsible for return postage costs, original packaging can be re-used if fit for purpose, on receipt of the returned items rockfacemedia.co.uk will issue a refund within 3 days for the cancelled items at the original purchase price using the original payment method, if returned items go missing during postage a refund for the cancelled items will only be issued on proof of a return postage receipt showing the name and address on this Contact Form, a confirmation email will be sent confirming the refund transaction.
Providing a reason for cancelling is not required, if you wish to leave a comment, all feedback about rockfacemedia.co.uk products or service is welcome.
Damaged Goods:
Please inform me as soon as possible using this Contact Form if any of your items have been damaged during postage.
Proof of damage will be requested and once sufficient evidence has been provided the damaged items will be replaced and dispatched at the expense of rockfacemedia.co.uk within 3 - 5 days of being informed, damaged items do not require returning.
Product Information:
All photo prints are printed in house using a professional quality Epson SC-900 printer and associated pigment ink.
Please refer to Epson Safety Data Sheets for more information about the products used.
Paper type used are made by Fotospeed
2 - Natural Soft Textured Bright White 315gsm

These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with English Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
